Ingredients
- 50 g cold pressed coconut oil
- 50 g walnut meal
- 20 g desiccated coconut
- 10 g cocoa powder, raw
- 80 g rice malt syrup
- ¼ tsp vanilla bean powder
In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt coconut oil. Add walnut meal, desiccated coconut, rice malt syrup, cocoa, and vanilla powder and stir it gently. Remove from heat and allow it to cool down. Place the mixture into praline moulds or ice cube moulds. Refrigerate until set. Remove the pralines from the moulds and store them in a glass jar in a refrigerator.
