Mandarin Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups coconut water
  • 4 mandarins
  • 1 cup kale, ribs removed
  • 2 sticks celery
  • 1 slice ginger
  • 2 tbsp linseed
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and process for around 2 minutes. Transfer it to a cup.
