Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups coconut water
  • 2 bananas
  • 1/4 bok choy/pak choy
  • 2 Lebanese cucumbers
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 slice ginger
  • 2 tbsp linseed
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and process for around 2 minutes. Transfer it to a cup.
